Return Policy

Product Return/Refund
 
We will be happy to refund or exchange any item that is damaged or has been incorrectly purchased within 7 days of purchase and with proof of payment (i.e. your original order receipt).
 
If you find your product has a defect, please take the photographic evidence & email us at
info@les-chouchous.com.
 
Product must be presented to us before we can proceed with our return policy.
 
Product Complete Refund
 
The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. As per customer request orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
 
If you originally paid by cash, we would refund you via bank transfer and you will be required to provide us with your bank account details. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a voucher for your cash which can be used for up to 1 year to purchase any other item from our shop online or in-store.
 
Service Refund
 
Les Chouchous Domestic Pets Grooming is committed in providing a professional pet (s) grooming service. If you are not happy with the service you have received or anything within the refund policy, please contact us at info@les-chouchous.com.

When booking an appointment online via the Les Chouchous Pets Boutique & Spa website payment will be collected after completing the booked service. If you are unable to make your appointment or your need to amend your service, time or date please notify Les Chouchous Pets Boutique & Spa 24 hours in advance via email info@les-chouchous.com or mobile phone  at +971 58 870 4172.
